Refund policy

All Creative Cafe items are final sale. Items purchased on the website, or in store that aren’t created and purchased in the creative cafe must be unworn with tags, are eligble for a return in 30 days or less. Items must be perfume free and smoke, and makeup free and unworn. 

RETURN POLICY

Seasonal Merchandise - including Fall and Christmas is final sale. Eligible merchandise is able to be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the product (or within 14 days of purchase from our brick-and-mortar) for exchange credit or for a refund. Proof of purchase required.

  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with no odor or staining, and tags attached. We reserve the right to reject the return it the item appears worn, damaged or smells. 
  • We inspect our items carefully before they leave our store and if it an item is damaged it does not leave our store damaged and if it does we offer a discount and final sale. No returns accepted if an item is damaged after it leaves our store or warehouse. 
  • Promotional discounts are deducted from the refund amount, when applicable. If your order falls below our free shipping threshold after returns, your refund will be less the original shipping fee.

FINAL SALE: jewelry, cosmetics/perfumes, swimsuits, undergarments, merchandise discounted more than 20%, seasonal + Christmas, items purchased with a store credit.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. To start a return, mail your item to: 

La Boho 349 South Main Street, Barnegat NJ. 08005. 

2. You can expect a refund to original payment -or- an electronic gift card within 1-3 business days of La Boho receiving the package. Customer is responsible for return shipping and initial shipping cost is non-refundable. If your original order qualified for free shipping, and your return puts your order total under $99, your refund or credit will be less the estimated shipping cost.
